For example, changing the position of a mounting hole or reducing the size of the knob may look like a minor modification on a product photo, but it can affect the machining process, tooling, assembly and final cost.

02 — Engineering Review
We review the dimensions, structure, mounting interface, material and finishing requirements.
03 — Quotation
Based on the design and required quantity, we prepare the manufacturing quotation.
04 — Prototype / Sample
A prototype or pre-production sample can be made for dimensional and functional verification.
05 — Production
Once the design is approved, we proceed with batch production according to the confirmed specifications.
06 — Inspection & Delivery
Finished products are inspected according to the agreed requirements before packing and shipment.
