Aluminum Extrusion Enclosure
Customization Options
- Length cutting – Extrusion profiles can be cut to the required enclosure length according to your PCB and component layout.
- CNC machining – We can machine mounting holes, cable openings, connector cutouts, ventilation openings and other features directly on the enclosure.
- End covers – Aluminum or other suitable end covers can be supplied and machined according to the assembly requirements.
- Mounting holes – Internal PCB supports, threaded holes, wall-mounting holes and other fixing points can be added.
- Surface finishing – Options include anodizing, powder coating, brushing and other finishes depending on the application.
- Logo marking – Laser marking or silk screen printing can be used for logos, product information and identification.
- PCB mounting – We can add bosses, threaded holes or internal supports to match your PCB dimensions and fixing method.
- Thermal management – For applications generating heat, the enclosure can be combined with heat-sink profiles or machined thermal-contact areas to improve heat transfer from the PCB or components to the aluminum housing.
Custom Aluminum Extrusion Enclosures
Based on the enclosure size and your internal components, we can modify the extrusion length, end covers, mounting features, cable openings and surface finish without developing a completely new enclosure structure.
